The qualitative dataset contains responses to all open text box questions in the Feedback Form along with demographic data.

About this data
This report is about the City of Toronto's services and the Service Review. Comments collected have been reviewed to ensure that the content does not:
- contravene the City's current anti-discrimination policy or confidentiality policy;
- include information that identifies an individual other than an elected official acting in their official role, nor any comments that are personal attacks on someone's character, education, personal affairs, etc.;
- address an issue before the courts or outside of the City's jurisdiction (e.g. comments on another organization, the policies or services of a private company, or another government);
- contain unsubstantiated rumours or potentially libellous statements;
- contain obscenities, derogatory, discriminatory, or hateful language;
- include any email addresses, attachments, or web links.
In cases where such comments were found, only the language which contradicted the policy was removed by staff the rest of the input from that individual or group remains in the results.
