The Court Services Division provides administrative and courtroom support services to the public and a range of stakeholders that use Provincial Offences Court, and administrative service for the following tribunals:
- Administrative Penalty Tribunal
- Toronto Licensing Tribunal
- Toronto Local Appeal Body
The division’s services include:
- provincial offences and Licensing Tribunal dispute resolution
- default fine collection management
- court case management
Service Standards
- Outcome of court proceedings: within three business days
- Transcripts: within 60 days from receipt of payment, 90 per cent of the time
