Fire Services – Routine Disclosure of Information Plan
Toronto Fire Services Division supports open, transparent, and accountable government through the establishment of routine disclosure practices for information it has created and holds about its program and services.
Information protected through the MFIPPA (Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act) will not be disclosed.

These records are available on our Toronto Fire Services Active Incidents page. Contents are updated at five-minute intervals.
Details of incidents to which Toronto Fire Services responded are available for a fee per request.
Fire Prevention Records – File Searches
File Searches related to Fire Prevention issues are available for a fee. Authorization from the current owner to real estate lawyers/representatives is required. Application and fee are processed through our Fire Prevention Offices.
Fire Prevention Records
Copies of information from files for the owners of properties are available for a fee. Information for units in the same building is available for a fee per unit. Application and fee are processed through our Fire Prevention Offices.
Fire Station Locations & Response Data
These records are available on Open Data under Fire Station Locations. Locations are identified by latitude and longitude coordinates.
