Legacy
The tournament and its legacy are expected to generate significant economic, cultural and community benefits for Toronto by creating thousands of jobs, welcoming visitors from across the globe and generating hundreds of millions of dollars in positive economic output. The tournament is also expected to drive growth in local participation in soccer through role models, enhanced playing facilities and improved access to coaching and officiating training programs as legacies.
FIFA Fan Festival™
Experience the beautiful game with fellow fans at FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto, where communities unite and passions are shared. Enjoy live entertainment, match broadcasts, interactive experiences and more than 30 food vendors serving flavours from around the world. All ages are welcome.
General admission tickets are free, with premium experiences available for purchase. The festival is located at Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway Tickets are only available online in advance, starting Wednesday, May 6.

The City of Toronto will host six matches, kicking off on June 12, 2026, with the first-ever men’s FIFA World Cup™ match on Canadian soil and featuring Canada’s Men’s National Team. Toronto is also hosting a round of 32 match on July 2, 2026.
