The TransformTO Net Zero Strategy: Action Plan (2026-2030) was approved by Council on December 17, 2025. Informed by the public consultation, the report focuses on opportunities with greater impact on greenhouse gas emissions reductions and advances critical steps to net zero. Public Consultation
The November 2024 to January 2025 public consultation process asked for input from residents to learn more about actions they are taking, actions they are interested in taking, barriers they are facing and supports to help them overcome those barriers.
