Request a sewer or water service card, or both, by submitting a service request online or contacting 311.

Sewer and water service cards provide details on a property’s service connection, which may include the following:

  • pipe material
  • pipe size
  • connection location on City property
  • drawing with distances between the curb and other water infrastructure

A sewer or water service card may be unavailable for your property if:

  • the property predates the service card process
  • no work or repairs have been done since the property was built
  • the property is new

The information on the card may vary based on the time period and may be incomplete. Under this program, we can only provide the information we have available and advise the property owner how they can find the requested information themselves.

Eligibility

  • You must be the property owner or a property representative.
  • The property is in Toronto.
