Architectural Style & Interior Design
Built in the Georgian Revival style, the house is furnished to reflect a family living in rural Willow Dale. The gracious front entrance contains a fan light transom and side lights, as well as the interesting 'granited' walls and painted floorcloth. The hired man's room is accessible by way of its own staircase, and while comfortable, is furnished differently than the family bedrooms. Mrs. Gibson's kitchen is often bustling with activity and filled with delicious aromas.
