The City of Toronto's Graffiti Management Plan seeks to support graffiti art and other street art that adds vibrancy and artistry to our streets while balancing the need to eliminate graffiti vandalism which can have a detrimental impact on property owners and neighbourhoods.

StreetARToronto

StreetARToronto or StART (formally known as the Graffiti Transformation Program) is a pro-active program originating out of the Graffiti Management Plan and administered by the Public Realm Section of the Transportation Services Division. Its overall mission is to counteract graffiti vandalism by developing, supporting, promoting and increasing awareness of street art and its indispensable role to add beauty and character to neighbourhoods across the city.
