R. L. Clark Water Treatment Plant
R.L. Clark is located in south Etobicoke, in an area known as Long Branch. Its park-like grounds are connected to the Martin Goodman Trail and Toronto’s waterfront.
Originally called the Westerly Plant, it was later named after Ross Leopold Clark, Commissioner of Works for Metropolitan Toronto from 1956 to 1979. The plant was designed to treat 615 million litres of water per day. More ...
