Toronto ranks 4th on Liveability Rankings produced by the Economist Intelligence Unit, a division of The Economist. The Economist Intelligence Unit examined liveability according to political stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education and infrastructure. Cities were scored on a scale from 0 (intolerable) to 100 (ideal). Toronto received a score of 97.2, putting it just below fellow Canadian city Vancouver at 97.3.
