Prior to opening the doors for clients, the City of Toronto is hosting a community open house and media availability at the new shelter located at 731 Runnymede Rd. Media can tour the facilities, meet shelter staff and management as well as representatives from community partner agencies. The name of this new facility will be revealed when remarks from City officials take place. Final work at the shelter is being completed this week and it will be ready to open on November 25.
