Register or log in to apply for and manage City community-based grants.

The Toronto Grants, Rebates and Incentives Portal (TGRIP) makes it easier for organizations to find, access and manage City community-based grants. An organization refers to all groups applying for grants including non-profits, registered charities, grassroots, resident-led or youth organizations. You can register your organization in TGRIP to view and apply for current and future grants open to the public, and to be notified about funding opportunities that could be of interest. All application steps - such as viewing available grants, applying, reviewing, approving and submitting an amendment/appeal - are done through TGRIP by community organizations, reviewers and City grant staff. Throughout the process, email messages are sent to keep you informed, including alerts and reminders when your organization needs to provide more information. The system allows City staff to track and handle funding programs in one place and serves as a single website for community groups.

Using TGRIP, your organization can:

  • Get access to information about deadlines and applications from anywhere, at any time
  • View grant application information in one place
  • Add, remove and manage users and staff (“Contacts”) associated with your organization to give them access to application information and reports
  • Allow staff and/or volunteers to view, draft, collaborate and share applications at any time
  • Get access to funding history and related documents in one place, at any time

The TGRIP User Guide can assist with instructions on how to complete most actions.
