The following fees are applicable to One-Time Booking of Parks & Recreation Facilities. Fees may be subject to change based on council approval. Fees advertised do not include HST.

Picnics, Picnic Shelters & Social Gatherings

Bookings aren’t required for gatherings involving less than 25 people. A booking is recommended if you would like to reserve a specific spot. Bookings are required for all gatherings involving more than 25 people.

  • $92.02 for up to 200 people

Outdoor event permit rates are based on the attendance of your event. Set-up and clean-up fees may be applied and a damage deposit may be required for larger events.

Outdoor Ovens

Payment of the booking fee is required for all outdoor oven bookings regardless of attendance.

Insurance is required for all outdoor oven bookings. Applicants can use their own general liability insurance, with a minimum of $2 million coverage, by naming the City of Toronto as an additional insured. Applicants may also purchase insurance from the City of Toronto.
