Residue management facility construction completed
Construction of an underground residue management facility has been completed. The residue management facility allows the R.C. Harris to:
- treat residues left over from the treatment process
- stop discharging residues into the lake
- improve local beach water quality
- meet legislative requirements set out by the Ministry of the Environment
