From December 16 to 18, the 2026 Team Toronto Mission to Paris will provide Toronto businesses with a valuable platform to explore opportunities in France and the broader European market. Showcasing Toronto as a leading global centre for innovation, investment and trade, this mission is designed for Toronto-based companies, organizations and industry stakeholders to build international connections, identify market expansion opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

The City of Toronto will provide complimentary passes to the International Economic Forum of the Americas (IEFA) Conference of Paris, complemented by business programming and networking opportunities with key stakeholders across the French and European innovation, trade and investment landscape.

This mission offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Connect Toronto companies, organizations and start-ups with global partners, customers and investors;
  • Gain global visibility;
  • Generate qualified leads;
  • Position Toronto as a leading hub for business leadership and innovation;
  • Enhance networking, learning and growth opportunities for Toronto start-ups & small- to medium-sized enterprises.

The latest in the Diversifying Trade workshop series, this free in-person event provides an all-in-one-stop opportunity for Toronto businesses to:

  • Gain insights from expert and industry speakers about exporting to Korean markets and advantages provided to Canadian businesses through the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA)
  • Network with key connectors and like-minded businesses and experts
  • Explore service providers in a mini-tradeshow of exhibitors specific to trade including service providers and trade organizations that specifically support businesses entering Korean markets.

The City offers a variety of foundational webinars designed to help you build your export knowledge, explore new global markets and strengthen your international trade approach. Learn more and register.

Small and medium-sized businesses looking to build export capacity and accelerate growth in international markets can apply to the City’s Trade Accelerator Program. Recipient businesses receive targeted training, grant funding and support from Canada’s top exporting advisors to help them scale up, develop and execute an export plan. Learn more.

Get access to representatives of the 10 cities with which Toronto has formal economic development relationships under the International Alliance Program, including Chongqing (China), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Quito (Ecuador), Warsaw (Poland), and Kyiv (Ukraine).
