Mayor John Tory and members of Toronto City Council will host representatives from Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment at a special flag-raising to celebrate and support the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs in their respective playoff runs.

In recognition of the teams’ first home playoff games in 2019, Mayor Tory will proclaim Saturday, April 13 as Raptors Day in Toronto and Monday, April 15 as Blue & White Day in Toronto. Flags will fly all day on the Podium Roof before being transferred to the Queen Street Flagpole for the duration of their playoff runs.
