The City of Toronto program for New Year’s Eve at Nathan Phillips Square, 100 Queen St. W., features a lineup of live musical performances, dancers, DJs, circus arts and fireworks beginning at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31. Admission is free to this all-ages, alcohol-free event.
