Mayor John Tory invites Toronto residents to the outdoor ice rink at Kew Gardens in the Beach neighbourhood for the annual Mayor’s Skate Party on Sunday, January 12.

This free, family-friendly event gives the public a chance to celebrate the new year with the Mayor and some members of City Council. The fun-filled afternoon will feature a DJ spinning music, complimentary hot beverages and lots of skating. Free skate rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited quantities available.

Time: 1 to 4 p.m.
Location: Kew Gardens, 2075 Queen St. E.
