Do you have a complaint about a sign or service? Or would you like to pay a compliment to our staff?
Sign-related complaints or compliments can be made either by email or telephone. Once received, we will assign an Inspector to follow up and investigate the complaint within 48 hours.
If a complaint is about a sign which is or appears to be unsafe, and poses a potential health and safety risk to the public, we will send out an Inspector immediately to address the issue. Please be sure to specify the address or location and which sign the complaint is about. A photo of the sign is also helpful.
Complaints can be made anonymously, or you can provide contact information for an Inspector to follow up.
