Green Bins and kitchen containers
Green Bins and kitchen containers are available at the City sites listed on this page or at a Community Environment Day event (April-Oct. 1). You may also call 311 to replace a missing or damaged bin. When exchanging a broken Green Bin and/or kitchen container, the City requires that the damaged bin be returned when picking up your new bin/container. If you have just moved and don't have either a Green Bin or kitchen container, please supply proof of residency dated within last 90 days when picking up your required bins/containers.
Order a backyard composter for delivery. Standard charges ($15) plus a $5.00 delivery charge apply. Cheque, money order or credit cards are accepted (no cash please).
