You can change the size of your bins, garbage and recycling, anytime your needs change. Use the online 311 Self-service Request system. If you have overflow recycling, please up-size your Blue Bin or order an extra Blue Bin free of charge.

Garbage and recycling 311 Self-service Requests

• Order new garbage bins

  Order a City-issued Garbage Bin if you do not have one at your new residence. Your name must appear on the City utility bill.

• Additional garbage bins

  Order an additional City-issued Garbage Bin. Your name must appear on the City utility bill.

• Garbage bin size exchange

  Exchange your City-issued Garbage Bin for one of a different size. Your name must appear on the City utility bill.

• Order new recycling bins

  Order a City-issued Recycling Bin if you do not have one at your new residence. Your name must appear on the City utility bill.

• Additional recycling bins

  Order an additional City-issued Recycling Bin. Your name must appear on the City utility bill.

• Recycling bin size exchange

  Exchange your City-issued Recycling Bin for one of a different size. Your name must appear on the City utility bill.

• Report a damaged Garbage/Recycling bin

  Report damage to your City-issued Garbage or Recycling Bin and have it repaired by the City.
