Young Parent Prenatal Program is a free weekly program that provides group and individual support and education from Public Health Nurses and Registered Dietitians in collaboration with community partners. The young parent program is offered at several sites across Toronto.
There are multiple program sites across Toronto. Partners or other support people are welcome.

The Young Parents Prenatal Program is part of the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP), a national prenatal program funded in part by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). Toronto Public Health is one of the partner agencies.
