Some park amenities may be closed or unavailable due to the Centennial Park Master Plan Implementation.

Once part of a dairy farm, Centennial Park-Etobicoke offers activities for families, the community and tourists alike.

Parking

Free parking is available within the park.

  • Six parking lots are located along Centennial Park Road
  • Five parking lots are located along Centennial Park Boulevard
  • Three parking lots are located along Elmcrest Road
  • One parking lot is located along Eglinton Avenue West
  • One parking lot is located at Etobicoke Olympium

Public Transit

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) offers different bus routes to take you to Centennial Park-Etobicoke.

Bicycle

Three bicycle routes connect you to the park:

  • Eglinton Avenue West Trail
  • Elmcrest Creek Trail
  • Renforth Drive bike lane

Bicycle parking can be found throughout the park and near some park buildings. Do not lock bicycles to other structures or trees.

Cycling is encouraged within City parks and people cycling must observe applicable by-laws, including traffic by-laws and parks by-laws in Chapter 608 of the Toronto Municipal Code. Learn more about cycling safely on Toronto’s streets and trails.

Fishing

Fishing is allowed in Centennial Park. When fishing, be sure to follow all Ontario fishing regulations and rules.

Disc Golf

Tee off and play Centennial Park’s expansive 23-basket course. This course is free to play – all you need to bring is a disc or frisbee. The first hole is located just east of the BMX bike area.

  • 18 outdoor fitness stations
  • 11 sport fields
  • Four ball diamonds
  • Four playgrounds
  • Two cricket pitch fields
  • Two multipurpose fields
  • One outdoor track
  • One BMX bike area
  • One practice wicket

Permit holders take precedence over general court, diamond and field use.

Water Play

The wading pool is located west of parking lot 10. Visit Swimming and Water Play for complete information on swimming in Toronto.

Centennial Park Arena

Centennial Park Arena features two ice rinks and offers a variety of learn-to-skate and hockey skill programs. It’s located along Centennial Park Road. This arena can be booked for hockey tournaments and birthday parties.

Etobicoke Olympium

Etobicoke Olympium is a vibrant community centre featuring two expansive pools, a gymnasium and more. It’s located on the north side of Rathburn Road.

Rob Ford Stadium

Formerly known as Centennial Park Stadium, Rob Ford Stadium is a premier sports stadium with a field, track and dressing room. It’s located along Centennial Park Road. This stadium can be booked for sports tournaments, games and special events.

Centennial Park has eight picnic areas throughout the park that are available for booking from May to September. Groups are allowed to permit one picnic site, per event, per day. There are also many picnic tables scattered throughout the park that can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Leave the area cleaner than you found it. Dispose of your litter and recycling into the closest waste and blue bin or take it home with you.

Cherry Blossoms

Cherry blossom trees are located along the east side of Centennial Park Boulevard and on the north side of Rathburn Road. Peak bloom usually occurs in late April or early May and blossoms typically last four to 10 days, depending on weather conditions.

Conservatory

Immerse yourself into a floral paradise at Centennial Park Conservatory. With its meticulously curated collection of tropical and unusual cacti, the conservatory showcases over 200 different types of plants and flowers throughout three greenhouses.
