Property owners of multi-residential buildings pay a fee based on how much garbage the building generates during the billing period and the number of units in the building. Buildings that reduce garbage by diverting more waste through the Green Bin organics program will reduce their Solid Waste fees. Residents of apartments above businesses pay a fee based on the size of their Garbage Bin. There is no fee for Green Bin organics and Household Hazardous Waste collection.
