The declaration of a Major Storm Storm Condition and Significant Weather Event has been terminated. Targeted snow removal continues across the city in high-priority locations including transit corridors and school loading zones to keep the city moving, improve accessibility and create capacity for future snowfalls.
Avoid parking where temporary orange “No Parking – Snow Removal” signs are posted as crews will remove snow from these areas within 48 hours. Vehicles parked on streets with these temporary signs may be fined or towed at the owner’s expense. Consider off-street parking to keep roads clear for crews to complete snow removal as quickly as possible.
The City continues to accept 311 service requests for snow cleanup and Warming Centres remain open.
