Community Hubs are accessible community meeting places for people to come together to build community, with shared resources and integrated services between multiple providers and in partnership with the residents and the communities being served. Hubs offer a wide range of spaces for local community groups to meet, hold events and workshops and can also include programs, supports and services from non-profit organizations. Community Hubs listed below are led, owned and operated by the City of Toronto.

Located in Keelesdale at 1652 Keele Street (near Keele St. and Rogers Rd.), Keele Community Hub is approximately 22,000 square feet and offers a range of services as part of the Toronto Strong Neighbourhood Strategy and Community Coordination Plan. The City will host pop up community events and the hub also offers services through a variety of not-for-profit partners.

Bloor-Dufferin Community Hub Partners will lease space through the Community Space Tenancy Program. 

Located in Blair Hill-Belgravia at 1880 Eglinton Avenue East (near Eglinton Ave. E. and Victoria Park Ave.), Golden Mile Community Hub will be approximately 30,000 square feet and will offer a range of services across 8 partner agencies.

Golden Mile Community Hub Partners lease space through the Community Space Tenancy Program. 

Located in South Parkdale, near Dufferin Street and Queen Street West, Parkdale Community Hub will be approximately 23,000 square feet and span across three blocks to provide a range of community services and programs. The hub will be co-located with a City of Toronto Parks and Recreation community centre, a Toronto Public Library facility, and a Housing Now development. Located in the Moss Park neighbourhood at 309-345 George Street (near the intersection of Gerrard St. E. and George St.), George Street Community Hub will be approximately 23,000 square feet and will offer a range of services across 4 partner agencies. The hub will be co-located with a City of Toronto long-term care facility, a City of Toronto Shelter and Support Services emergency shelter, and a Housing Now development. The development of the George Street Hub is occurring alongside the George Street Revitalization (GSR) project.

George Street Community Hub Partners will lease space through the Community Space Tenancy Program. 

Located in O’Connor-Parkview neighbourhood at 416 Dawes Road (near Dawes Rd. and Victoria Park Ave.), the Dawes Road Community Hub will be approximately 20,000 square feet and will be co-located with the Dawes Road Library Branch. As part of the 20,000 square foot space, the hub will be 5,500 square feet and the library will occupy the third floor of the newly constructed building. The hub will be reconstructed at the current library location and the hub will be managed by the City of Toronto.
