Team Toronto COVID-19 vaccination update 

The City of Toronto is working non-stop with its healthcare partners, pharmacies and Toronto Public Health to administer all available COVID-19 vaccines. To date, 2,242,860 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in Toronto.

As of yesterday evening, approximately 757,451 people have booked COVID-19 vaccination appointments at a City-run clinic. Everyone age 12 years or older is encouraged to book an appointment by clicking the blue “Book a Vaccine” button at the City’s COVID-19 webpage or through phone by calling the Provincial Vaccine Booking Line at 1-833-943-3900. The Team Toronto effort is focused on getting as many residents vaccinated as quickly as possible based on available supply. It is also expanding mobile vaccination efforts across Toronto to bring vaccine to the neighbourhoods most in need.

Today, Team Toronto Mobile Sprint Strategy will vaccinate more than 1,150 people at the following pop-up clinics:

• Victoria Village Public School (M4A) – Individuals age 12 and older who live, work, or attend school in any “M” postal code (Priority access for students or immediate family members of students at Victoria Village Public School, Sloane Public School, Precious Blood Catholic School, Milne Valley Public School, Wexford Public School, Don Mills Collegiate Institute, Victoria Park Collegiate Institute, École élémentarie Jeanne-Lajoie and O’Connor Public School)
• Joshua Cronkwright Parkette (M4B) – Individuals age 12 and older who live, work, or attend school in any “M” postal code
• Frankland Community School (M4K) – Individuals age 12 and older who live, work, or attend school in any “M” postal code (Priority access for individuals who work around Danforth Avenue and students or immediate family members of students at Frankland Community School)
• William J. McCordic School (M4C) – Priority for school staff, students and immediate family members of students at William J. McCordic School
• Galloway Road Public School (M1E) – Individuals age 12 and older who live, work, or attend school in any “M” postal code
• École secondaire catholique Père-Philippe-Lamarche (M1J) – Individuals age 12 and older who live, work, or attend school in any “M” postal code

The City and healthcare partners are working to operate a total of approximately 43 clinics today, including mobile teams, on-site and pop-up clinics, to vaccinate priority groups identified by the Province of Ontario’s priority framework.

• Yesterday, held nine City-operated immunization clinics: Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto Congress Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Malvern Community Recreation Centre, Mitchell Field Arena, The Hangar, Cloverdale Mall, North Toronto Memorial Community Centre and Carmine Stefano Community Centre.
• Vaccinated approximately 7,708 eligible residents.
• Today, will vaccinate approximately 9,665 eligible residents.

 Unity Health Toronto, Downtown East Toronto OHT and West Toronto OHT

• Yesterday, held two on-site clinics and four pop-up clinics.
• Vaccinated 2,337 people who are priority hospital and community-based healthcare workers, homebound adults, members of the Indigenous community, people who are 12 years of age and older, and healthcare workers and people who are 80 years and older receiving second doses.
• Today, will hold three on-site clinics, and five pop-up
• Will vaccinate 2,570 people belonging to the same groups above.

• Vaccinated 2,300 people who are priority hospital and community-based healthcare workers, caregivers, members of the Indigenous community, patients with health conditions and people who are 12 years of age and older.
• Today, will hold two on-site clinics, and a mobile
• Will vaccinate 2,850 people belonging to the same groups above.

• Vaccinated 1,600 people who are age 12 years and older, high-risk health care workers and people who are 80 years and older receiving second doses.

• Will vaccinate 1,600 people belonging to the same groups.

• Vaccinated 2,725 people who are age 12 years and older living in hot spot neighbourhoods and live or work in Scarborough, seniors in congregate care settings,
• Today, will hold five on-site clinics, and two mobile clinics.
• Will vaccinate approximately 3,780 people belonging to the same groups above, including those living in shelters.

• Vaccinated 900 people who are age 12 years and older receiving first doses, high-risk health care workers and people who are 80 years and older receiving second doses.
• Today, will hold one on-site clinic and an off-site clinic in partnership with Baycrest.
• Will vaccinate approximately 1,100 people belonging to the same groups.

• Vaccinated 291 people who are patients, staff, and individuals who are 80 years and older receiving their second doses.
