Community Festivals & Special Events Investment Program
The Community Festivals & Special Events (CFSE) Investment Program provides developmental or seed funding to help small and medium-scale community-based not-for-profit festivals and events start or grow and increase their effectiveness while encouraging organizers to work towards self-sustainability of the event.
A festival or special event is a temporary gathering that brings people together for particular purposes. It may range in theme, scale and duration. To be eligible for support, the festival must be accessible to the general public and improve the quality of life of the community.
