Since its creation in 2006, the Identify 'N' Impact (INI) Investment program has funded youth-led groups to deliver meaningful opportunities for youth to be involved in their community. INI funded projects help to promote healthy youth development and broaden community safety in the City of Toronto.

The INI Investment Program builds on the idea of the Toronto Youth Cabinet's Identify'N'Impact Awards, which recognize and encourage the investments young people make in their communities. The INI Investment Program supports youth to turn IDEAS into ACTION and to be community leaders.

INI funding is used to support youth to lead and deliver creative programs for other youth. By supporting youth-led groups, the INI program helps create opportunities for youth to develop skills and get the resources they need to be successful.
