Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP)
The Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) is a Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation program that provides funding for housing repair, modification and conversion. The Affordable Housing Office delivers RRAP funding to eligible property owners in Toronto.
Eligibility criteria on household income, house value, rent and/or other criteria apply to RRAP funding. Funds are provided as a forgivable loan, which does not have to be repaid if the property owner meets all of the terms of the loan. Funds are not available for work already started. Please call or send an e-mail for eligibility guidelines.

- Conversion: To convert non-residential properties into new, affordable rental or rooming house units and may include modifications for disabled residents.
- Second Suites: To create a separate rental unit in a house for a senior citizen or person with a disability.
