The Toronto Local Appeal Body Panel Members received a presentation on the Toronto Local Appeal Body Procedural Bylaw from Russ Brownell, Policy, Planning and Project Advisor, Court Services, for information.

A presentation by Russ Brownell, Court Services, regarding the Procedural Bylaw for the Toronto Local Appeal Body with an overview of the definition of a Procedure Bylaw, the legislative requirement, the development process and a brief introduction of each secion.
Following the presentation, the Panel Members reviewed the Procedure Bylaw (Draft) page by page with Russ Brownell. Sections were discussed and clarified.

A presentation by Russ Brownell, Court Services, on the Toronto Local Appeal Body Public Guide (Draft) to the Toronto Local Appeal Body Panel Members. The presentation provided an overview of the information contained within the Public Guide touching on topics such as how to file an appeal, roles in a hearing, types of meetings, preparing for a hearing, the hearing process, digital requirements, fee schedule and other general information.
Following the presentation, the Panel Members reviewed the Public Guide (Draft) page-by-page with Russ Brownell. Sections were discussed and clarified.
