The Toronto Local Appeal Body received a presentation on proposed TLAB forms in draft version from Susan Garossino, Manager, Court Services, for information.
The Toronto Local Appeal Body directed Court Services to remove Part 7 of Form 1.
The Toronto Local Appeal Body directed Court Services to leave the wording found in the last paragraph of the Notice of Proposed Dismissal as is.
The Toronto Local Appeal Body directed that the Witness Statement Form, Participant’s Statement Form and Expert’s Witness Statement Form be made into official forms with references formally incorporated into the Rules of Practice and Procedure.
