The Toronto Local Appeal Body recessed at 10:17 AM to meet in closed session as this item relates to training and education of Panel Members.
A confidential legal training session led by TLAB Chair, Ian Lord included training material which was reviewed and discussed by the Panel Members.

Training topics to include:
Panel Members discussed a series of training questions that had been prepared by the Chair, as well as several questions that were brought up by individual Panel Members.
Panel Members directed staff to amend the”TLAB Briefing Memorandum” document to include all of the Panel Member’s comments and to provide to TLAB Chair for final review and distribution.
Panel Members discussed and revised a briefing memorandum intended for City Councillors and Staff.
