System Introduction

YardiOne is the platform housing providers use to sign-on to the following systems:

• RentCafe: to manage the filling of RGI unit vacancies through the Choice-Based cycle, centralized waiting list offers or direct allocation.

• Voyager: to manage RGI program administration, including RGI rent calculations.

Housing providers who use RentCafe and Voyager must request access, complete training and review all required materials.

Access and Training Information

If you require access to RentCafe and/or Voyager you must:

1. Download and complete the User Agreement.
2. Complete the Housing Provider Systems Access and Training Registration and upload the User Agreement.

If you require training, you must complete the Housing Provider Systems Access and Training Registration.

Once you have access to YardiOne, reference the YardiOne Login Guide for navigating to RentCafe and/or Voyager.
