Nominations will be only be accepted for the offices of Councillor and School Board Trustee at the Election Services office, City Hall, 100 Queen Street W, 1st floor north. Also, the first day for a candidate who has already filed a nomination under the 47-ward model to notify the Clerk of their intent to continue running in the election and of their new ward number. |

Starting September 17, voters can call our office at 416-338-1111 or visit MyVote to find out if they are on the City of Toronto voters’ list and add or update their information online until 11:59 p.m. on October 1.
Voters who miss this deadline can add their name to the list at the voting place.
When the final list of certified candidates is available on September 17, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf by completing a Proxy Appointment form and having it certified. Find out more about Appointing a Voting Proxy.
Yes. The contribution rebate program for individuals who make monetary contributions to candidates running for council is still in effect.

No. However, if you contributed to a Councillor candidate who is participating in the Contribution Rebate program, you will still be eligible for a rebate.
