Happy Canada Day, Toronto by Diana Lee
Happy Canada Day, Toronto by Diana Lee

Travelling by water was an important means of transport for exploration and trade in the past. Today, we enjoy Lake Ontario through different activities, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is my favourite way to experience this beautiful body of water. I can only imagine what the Toronto skyline may have looked like 150+ years ago, and even today, it continues to evolve. A sunrise SUP paddle seemed like a great way to reflect on this special occasion and of a natural area. Happy Canada Day, Toronto!
