Residents can easily contact their City Councillor using the online lookup tool to find office contact information. If planning an in-person visit, appointments are recommended and all visitors must sign in and obtain an identification badge at City Hall.

Contact Your City Councillor

You can contact your City Councillor by using the lookup tool on the City of Toronto website. The tool provides the office phone number and contact information for your local Councillor.

Visiting Your Councillor

If you would like to visit your Councillor’s office:

  • Call the office in advance to make an appointment. This helps ensure someone is available to meet with you.
  • All visitors to Councillors’ offices or meeting rooms within Councillor areas must sign in and wear an identification badge.
  • Please go to the A-Street Reception on the 2nd floor of City Hall to obtain your visitor badge.
