Parking Violation Dispute Office
- Available for in-person meetings, by appointment only, for members of the public who cannot access the online services effective July 25, 2022. Appointment must be booked by calling 416-396-4277.
- Screening decisions will no longer be provided immediately after meeting with a Screening Officer.

- Provincial Offences matters – information and assistance, applications for Early Resolution and Trials, various intake applications, payment of fines

Information Counters
City staff are available to answer questions, help you find your way to in-person service counters and the surrounding area, provide access to a courtesy phone with access to 311 and help you to navigate 311 Toronto’s online services.

Services at Metro Hall
- Other in-person counter services at Metro Hall remain closed to the public at this time.
- The Employment and Social Services office at Metro Hall has permanently closed.
- The Metro Hall Early Learning and Child Care Centre is open.
Lost and Found
To find out if a lost item has been turned in at City Hall, Metro Hall or a civic centre, contact the Corporate Security desk at that facility. If you lost an item at the security screening station at Old City Hall, visit this location in person. Items that are not picked up are sent to the Toronto Police Property and Evidence Management Unit. If you lost an item elsewhere in Old City Hall, contact the lost and found room at Old City Hall.
