City Hall
City Hall at 100 Queen St. W., Toronto, operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Help you find your way around City Hall services and the surrounding area
- Provide access to a courtesy phone with access to 311
- Help to navigate 311 Toronto’s online services
City Clerks

- Marriage licences (by appointment only; book your appointment online prior to your visit)
- Commissioning of documents (appointment must be booked through email prior to your visit)
- Access Assessment roll and Toronto property system (appointment must be booked through email prior to your visit)
- Liquor licences – requests for Municipal Clearance (appointment must be booked through email prior to your visit)

- Available for in-person meetings, by appointment only, for members of the public who cannot access the online services effective July 25, 2022. Appointment must by booked by calling 416-396-4277.
- Screening decisions will no longer be provided immediately after meeting with a Screening Officer.

Scarborough Civic Centre
Scarborough Civic Centre at 150 Borough Dr., Scarborough, operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
