City Hall at 100 Queen St. W., Toronto, operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

City staff are available to:

  • Answer questions
  • Help you find your way around City Hall services and the surrounding area
  • Provide access to a courtesy phone with access to 311
  • Help to navigate 311 Toronto’s online services

City Clerks

  • Marriage licences (by appointment only; book your appointment online prior to your visit)
  • Commissioning of documents (appointment must be booked through email prior to your visit)
  • Access Assessment roll and Toronto property system (appointment must be booked through email prior to your visit)

Parking Violation Dispute Office

  • Available for in-person meetings, by appointment only, for members of the public who cannot access the online services effective July 25, 2022. Appointment must by booked by calling 416-396-4277.
  • Screening decisions will no longer be provided immediately after meeting with a Screening Officer.
  • To dispute parking violations online, visit toronto.ca/aps, email apsinquiry@toronto.ca or call 416-396-4277.

Scarborough Civic Centre at 150 Borough Dr., Scarborough, operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Provincial Offences matters – information and assistance, applications for Early Resolution and Trials, various intake applications, payment of fines

East York Civic Centre at 850 Coxwell Ave., East York, operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
