    • You can access the Assessment roll and Toronto property system at City Hall (appointment must be booked through email prior to your visit)
  • Scarborough Civic Centre (Revenue Services) – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • North York Civic Centre (Revenue Services) – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • York Civic Centre (Revenue Services) – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Etobicoke Civic Centre (Revenue Services) – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • East York Civic Centre (Revenue Services) – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Available for in-person meetings, by appointment only, for members of the public who cannot access the online services effective July 25, 2022. Appointment must be booked by calling 416-396-4277.
    • Screening decisions will no longer be provided immediately after meeting with a Screening Officer.

      • Lottery Licences & Gaming Services (Municipal Licensing and Standards) – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
        • Appointment must be booked online.
        • Make a one-time booking online for a park or recreation facility, a one-time gathering, photo shoot or meeting, including the use of a firepit, BBQ or oven.

        Toronto at Your Service Counters

        City staff are available to answer questions, help you find your way to in-person service counters and the surrounding area, provide access to a courtesy phone with access to 311 and help you to navigate 311 Toronto’s online services.

        Services at Metro Hall

        • Other in-person counter services at Metro Hall remain closed to the public at this time.
        • The Employment and Social Services office at Metro Hall has permanently closed.
        • The Metro Hall Early Learning and Child Care Centre is open.
