Cut it Out Toronto! invites Toronto residents to drop off their old, polluting, gas-powered leaf and snow blowers, lawnmowers and trimmers for responsible recycling at selected Canadian Tire stores. This year's event took place the weekend of June 4 and 5, 2011.

Cut it Out Toronto! participants were eligible for discounts up to $100 on Yardworks products, including cordless, lithium-ion battery powered mowers and trimmers with Energy Star rated battery chargers. Thank you to everyone who participated.

Cut it Out Toronto! is just one way that the City of Toronto and Canadian Tire are working together to help Torontonians green their homes and neighbourhoods and help cut the emissions that contribute to climate change.
