* * New Sign Regulations Coming for the City of Toronto
Toronto Building has embarked on an ambitious program to create a new sign by-law that will regulate permanent signs. Sign types regulated by this new by-law will include: fascia and wall signs; free-standing signs; and, billboards.

Regent Park Social Development Plan
Toronto City Council approved the Regent Park Social Development Plan in October 2007. This is the first "place-based" social development plan for the City of Toronto and provides a framework for building a cohesive and inclusive community.
