The City is improving the playground in Thirty-Eighth Street Park. The improvements will also include pathways and seating.

- Summer 2026: Detailed design and hire a construction team
- Early Fall 2026: Construction starts, playground closes
- Late Fall 2026: Construction complete, playground reopens
